Salary: £18,500-£19,500 depending on experience

We are looking for an exceptional person to become part of our Customer Service Team, at our Head Office in Swansea. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the person between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively delivering great customer service via telephone, email, online chat and social media; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Experience in a Customer Service/ Call Centre role is preferred. While we provide excellent training, you will need to bring enthusiasm, reliability and initiative. You will be proactive, energetic and have the desire to be part of an efficient and busy Customer Service team.
Provide great customer service support through mediums of telephone, email, online chat and social media (Facebook and Twitter).
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives where required.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Go the extra mile to engage customers; we offer a personalised service so we are looking for someone with personality.
Processing customer payment information.
General administration tasks and supporting other Head Office departments.
