Via our blog and dozens of media interviews for radio, TV and newspapers, we’ve been trying to correct misconceptions about vaping while providing tutorials and help for people who want to learn more about e-cigarettes. We’re certainly reaching a lot of people, with our blog now read by more than a quarter of a million people every month.

A brief history: From the kitchen table to world wide supplier

The company was founded in 2008 by Jean Rasbridge and James Dunworth. Initially run from Jean’s kitchen in an old farmhouse, the company grew rapidly through its focus on customer support and service.

In 2013 the company opened its first shop in Neath, South Wales, and now has a network of 20 shops throughout England and Wales. Via our wholesale arm, Orderly Distribution, we supply hundreds of shops with our products with resellers as far away as Australia.

Coffee…only joking. The staff mainly, everyone is just so bubbly and it really does make everyday feel different.
When you see customers who came to you for help and come back a few weeks later and thank you and inform you they have successfully made the switch.
Introducing people to something new and surprising customers with flavours they would have never otherwise tried.
Meeting so many different people on a daily basis, Seeing how transitioning has improved their lives, It gives me that little warm feeling inside.
